The team at Lockett Estates have extensive knowledge of the local property market in Hammersmith, Fulham, Parsons Green and Kensington & Chelsea. We boast over 35 years of combined industry experience and have the desired and required marketing tools to exceed our client expectations. We undertake our work in an enthusiastic, positive and professional manner whilst maintaining the highest levels of integrity throughout the marketing of your property and the subsequent transaction.

Marketing

Lockett Estates advertise on major property portals including www.rightmove.co.uk and www.onthemarket.com, as well as carefully selected magazines.

Lockett Estates are also one of the first agents in London to install an Interactive Touch Screen which enables maximum property exposure for our clients. Sales and Letting properties are displayed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This enables potential tenants and purchasers a more extensive view of all our properties at any time of the day or night.

Monday - Friday - 9am - 6pm
Saturday - 10am - 4pm

We understand that viewing properties need to be arranged around work and family commitments. We will accommodate appointments outside our stated working hours when required.

The Property Ombudsman

Lockett Estates are full members of The Property Ombudsman for both sales and lettings. By complying with their strict codes of conduct, you can have confidence you are working with bona fide professionals.

ARLA and NAEA

We are registered with both ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents). We can assure our Landlords and Vendors with the knowledge that they are working with a professional and accredited Agent.

Deposit Protection Scheme

Lockett Estates are members of the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). All private landlords and letting agents taking deposits for Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST's) in England and Wales are required to safeguard them with a Government authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme.

LONDON RENTAL STANDARD supported by the Mayor of London

We are members of London Rental Standard which was launched by the Mayor of London. A city wide badge of accreditation to help Londoners rent with confidence. The London Rental Standard badge is awarded to letting agents who meet a set of significant core commitments set by the Mayor.  These outline a minimum level of service that tenants and landlords should expect including transparent fees, better property conditions, better communication between landlords and tenants, improved response times for repairs and maintenance and protected deposits.
