Initially the feedback below was as a response to The Property Ombudsman conducting a monthly survey of member agents on a random basis to demonstrate both member compliance with the Code of Practice and to gauge overall levels of client satisfaction on completed sales. The Property Ombudsman use Referenceline to undertake the survey on their behalf.
Lockett Estates have continued to provide Referenceline with information of completions after the survey was completed in order to obtain continued feedback on our services. We are also now obtaining the same feedback from our Landlords and tenants.
