• Dedicated property manager for all of our managed properties
• We carry out inventory and safety checks (gas safety certificates etc.) before new tenants arrive to the property
• Whilst handling property management, we also provide block management too, having our own department dedicated to just that
• We are regulated by the following organisations, giving you peace of mind that we are governed by strict rules and regulations: Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA Propertymark), the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)
